Don Manuel de Boza, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, como albacea y tenedor de personas y bienes de los menores hijos de su amo don Gregorio Fernández Mantilla, otorga poder en primer lugar a don Manuel Caro del Castillo, Procurador del Número de la Real Audiencia de esta Nueva España, y en segundo a don Mariano de Alfaro, Procurador de dicha Real Audiencia, para que en su nombre se presenten en dicha Real Audiencia y pidan traslado de los autos, presenten las cuentas de albaceazgo y aleguen a su derecho lo que convenga.
