El Conde Reparaz, don Miguel de Ichaso, don Antonio de Miranda, y demás individuos matriculados del Comercio de España, residentes en este pueblo de Jalapa, quienes firman al final de la presente escritura, otorgan poder especial a don Juan Sánchez Casahonda, Agente de Negocios de la Ciudad de México, para que solicite y promueva ante el Señor Virrey y su Real Audiencia la internación de los efectos de rezagos de la presente flota con total libertad, y en el caso que les sea negado este privilegio, suplique les otorguen libertad para poder vender en este pueblo, sin gravamen del derecho de alcabala.
