Don Pascual de Ledezma y su legítima mujer doña María Antonia del Castillo, vecinos de Jalapa, otorgan que han recibido de Ildefonso Paulino, Mayordomo actual de la Cofradía del Señor de la Humildad y Prudencia de esta parroquia, 200 pesos de oro común que han pedido a la cofradía para techar una casa, cantidad que se obligan a tener en calidad de depósito irregular por tiempo de 9 años que empiezan a correr desde el día de hoy, y para el seguro pago de la deuda hipoteca la referida casa y su sitio que tiene de frente 40 y media varas y 32 de fondo, linda al oriente con casa de don Miguel Antonio Viveros, calle de la Pila de San Cristóbal en medio, al sur linda con calle que de la anterior va para el molino, al poniente con solar de Ana María González, y al norte con solar de don Francisco Javier Sáenz de Santa María
