El Bachiller Miguel Pérez de Medina, Cura Propietario y Juez Eclesiástico en el pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que Juana de Agaez, difunta, le heredó un solar ubicado en la Calle Real que colinda al oriente con casa de doña Sebastiana de la Parra, al poniente con casa de Antonio Luis, que le entregó para que su intrínseco valor se quedara impuesto en un 5% para la limosna de una misa cantada en cada año. El solar ahora lo vende a Antonio Cabello en 120 pesos de oro común, que quedaron situados e impuestos a censo redimible con el tributo en cada un año de 6 pesos.
