El Bachiller Don Isidro Astacio de Arévalo, presbítero de este obispado de la Puebla de los Ángeles, Teniente de cura del partido de Jalapa, como hijo legítimo y heredero de Juliana Méndez, difunta, vecina que fue de Topoyango, jurisdicción de Tlaxcala, y habiendo aceptado la parte de la herencia que le toca, dio su poder cumplido al Bachiller Juan Martín Astacio de Arévalo, su hermano, Teniente de cura en el partido de Acatzingo, jurisdicción de Tepeaca, para que en su nombre acepte cualesquier bienes raíces y muebles que hubiere dejado su madre, y pida la división de los mismos entre el otorgante y sus hermanos.
