Don Miguel Cagigas, vecino de Jalapa, se obliga a pagar a doña Paula Barradas Meléndez, Mayordoma de la Cofradía de Nuestra Señora del Carmen, la cantidad de 100 pesos, que tendrá en calidad de depósito irregular por espacio de 9 años, y para cumplir con su paga hipoteca su casa ubicada en este pueblo y que linda al oriente con casa de Pablo Viveros y calle que baja del molino de Maniau, al sur con casa del citado molino y callejón en medio, al poniente con la huerta de don Antonio de Castro, su hermano, y al norte la casa de este ultimo.
