Doña Lucía Josefa Ortiz de Zárate, viuda de don José Mateo Rubio Roso, vecina de Jalapa, dijo que el 15 de diciembre de 1784 otorgó poder para testar y ahora por vía de codicilo revoca el nombramiento que otorgó para hacer testamento a su hermano don José Joaquín de Zárate, a don Nicolás Manuel Fernández, a don Juan de Bárcena, y a su hijo don Tomás Rubio Roso; y ahora subroga y nombra en su lugar para ambos efectos a sus hijos solteros don Marcos, doña María Gertrudis, doña María Tiburcia, don Francisco Antonio y don José María Rubio Roso.
