El Bachiller Mariano Carmon Trasloseros, Vicario de esta antigua parroquia, por ausencia del señor Alonso José Gatica, Cura propio de ella y Rector de la Cofradía de la Concepción, y don Pedro Miguel Martínez, Mayordomo de la misma cofradía, venden a don Luis Ortiz de Zárate unas tierras en este pueblo, situadas en el barrio de la Laguna, que al oriente consta de 84 varas y linda con tierras del comprador; al sur con 30 varas con tierras de la cofradía, al poniente con 81 varas que va hacia Los Berros, terminando la punta por el norte. La venta se hace en 42 pesos.
