Sebastián Montero, vecino del pueblo de Naolinco, dijo que Isabel Domínguez, su madre, vendió a Francisco del Barrio, vecino de esta jurisdicción, medio solar de 3 que poseyó en el pueblo de Jalapa junto a la barranca de Xallitic rumbo a la calle que va para Naolinco, y Francisco del Barrio se lo vendió a Andrés Pérez, intérprete, y éste se lo dio en dote a una hija que casó con José de Casanova, a quien no se le dio escritura de venta, por tanto aprueba y consiente la venta para que en todo tiempo lo goce Andrés Pérez.
