Doña Estefanía Martínez, residente en esta Villa, vecina de la Nueva Veracruz, viuda del finado Juan Martínez de Bustos, otorga poder general a don Eusebio Moreno y García, Capitán de Realistas Fieles de Caballería de Tulancingo, residente en la Ciudad de Veracruz, para que en su nombre demande, perciba y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente, todas las cantidades de dinero, oro, plata, joyas, esclavos, mercaderías, géneros, bienes, muebles, raíces y otros que le deban. Y especial para que cobre de don Manuel María Ruiz, del comercio de la misma ciudad, la parte que le corresponde de herencia por fallecimiento de su padre don Cayetano Martínez.
