María Toribia de Ugarte, mujer de José García de Andrade, dijo que por muerte de su padre quedó una casa en este pueblo, la que ha estado poseyendo como propia sin gravamen alguno, ubicada en la Calle Nueva; hace frente hacia el norte con casas que fueron de María de Acosta, por el costado del oriente linda con dicha Calle Nueva y casas de Nicolás de Ortega, al sur que es el fondo linda con casa y solar de Antonio del Campo y al costado del poniente con casa de los herederos de Tomás García; propiedad que le entregó su hermano Juan José de Ugarte como albacea de su padre, correspondiente a su herencia, la cual se halla valuada en 986 pesos 1 real entregándole recibo en forma.
