Don Juan Gómez de Estrada, de esta vecindad, como albacea de doña Juana Núñez y don Nicolás de Ortega junto con su mujer doña Juana Villegas, ambas partes señalan que han llevado pleito por un pedazo de solar en que la difunta Juana labró su casita, pero en vista de los gastos erogados, trámites ocasionados por este litis, han convenido Nicolás y Juana en que reciben de Juan Gómez la cantidad de 50 pesos como pago, desistiéndose de dicho pleitos, y para cumplir el acuerdo se han impuesto una pena convencional de 200 pesos.
