Don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, con anuencia de su esposa doña Antonia Cardeña, vendió hace un tiempo al Brigadier don Domingo Aravalles, una casita de rajas con el solar que le pertenece, cuya venta se hizo extrajudicialmente y ahora por la presente formaliza dicha venta, cuyo solar mide 14 varas de frente, linda al poniente con el Callejón de la Sierpe o Acazingo, al norte con solar de don Luis de Zárate, al sur con parte del solar de las Michodelas, y al oriente con el sitio de la casa de don Laureano [Teixa de] Senande, la venta se hace en la cantidad de 90 pesos.
