Doña María Antonia del Castillo, vecina de la Villa de Xalapa, viuda de don Pascual de Ledezma, otorga que vende a doña Andrea Dorotea Hernández, de esta vecindad, viuda y albacea de Francisco Javier López, un pedazo de solar de 21 varas de frente y 32 varas de fondo, linda al oriente con la calle que llaman de San Cristóbal y con terreno perteneciente a don Domingo Aravalles; al poniente con solar de Ana [Joaquina] González; al norte con un pedazo de terreo perteneciente al Rergidor don Francisco Saenz de Santa María; y al sur con casa de la otorgante. Lo vende en 406 pesos.
