José Méndez, vecino del desierto de Perote, dijo que Don Gregorio Suárez Tello, vecino de dicho desierto le vendió la hacienda de Tenextepec y un sitio de ganado mayor nombrado Nacaspatlahua, en precio de 2550 pesos de oro común; los 2000 con cargo a la Obra Pía de Casar Doncellas Pobres que mandó instituir Don Antonio de Guevara Unzueta, atento a lo cual, reconoce dicho censo y se obligó a pagar a dicha obra pía fundada en el pueblo de Atzalan, 100 pesos de tributo anual.
