Doña Antonia García, viuda y albacea de don Domingo de Ochoa, junto con los hijos y herederos de dicho difunto, otorgan que venden a Manuel Martínez, vecino de este pueblo, un pedazo de tierra de labor nombrado Camotepeque, en las faldas del monte de Perote, que linda por el norte, oriente y parte del sur con tierras de los naturales de este pueblo, y el río sordo de por medio, y por la otra parte del sur y poniente, con tierras de don Gabriel y don Manuel de Ochoa, al precio de 700 pesos, 250 de ellos tienen recibidos, 225 pesos que se les deberá pagar en todo el mes de marzo de 1792, y los 225 restantes en todo el mes de marzo de 1793.
