Don Juan Francisco de Bárcena, de este comercio y vecindad, actual alcalde constitucional de primera denominación, y como albacea de su difunta hermana doña María del Rosario de Bárcena, otorga poder especial a don Tomás López Calderón, vecino y del comercio de Cádiz, para que en su nombre y en representación de la testamentaria de su difunta hermana, perciba y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente de don Narciso de Arbe, vecino del mismo Cádiz, las cantidades de pesos que a él y a su difunta hermana les adeuda. También para que pida, promueva y termine la enajenación de los bienes en la obligación e hipoteca que hizo en 1823.
