Miguel de Almanza, vecino del pueblo de Ixhuacán de los Reyes, presentó una memoria testamentaria que otorgó Antonio de Morales, de la misma vecindad, en presencia de su párroco y 8 testigos en que instituyó por su albacea al mencionado Miguel de Almanza, pero dijo que se hallaron 9 testigos por lo que pide valga como escritura pública y como tal se haga el registro público y que de él se saque cualquier traslado y se entreguen a los herederos y albaceas.
