El Licenciado Carlos José Suárez, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario de este Obispado, Teniente de Cura y vecino de Jalapa, apoderado general de doña Mariana de la Cruz Flores Moreno, viuda de don Juan de Lucena, vecina de la Puebla, otorga que cancela una escritura a nombre de don Gregorio Fernández Mantilla, difunto, por la cantidad de 400 pesos resto de 2, 250 pesos, correspondientes a la venta de una casa en la que estaba fundada una capellanía de 1, 500 pesos que servía el Señor Dr. José Joaquín de Flores Moreno y ahora don Juan de Lucena, hijo de dicha doña Mariana, las que vendió con dicho gravamen a dicho Mantilla.
