Don Pedro Mariano de la Cruz, vecino de esta Villa, dijo que en la causa criminal que se está siguiendo en este Juzgado Real Ordinario ante el Señor Alcalde Ordinario menos antiguo, sobre un robo de reales que acaeció en esta Villa la noche del 20 de octubre del año pasado en el almacén de don Juan Esteban de Elías, se mandó pusiesen en libertad bajo caución juratoria a los responsables, lo cual se corrigió pues lo correcto es bajo libertad real comentariense. Y para que tenga efecto el otorgante recibe en fiado preso como carcelero comentariense a José Antonio, a Manuela Melchora y a Francisca Paulina, presos en esta Real Cárcel por dicha causa.\t
