Don Manuel del Moral, Ayudante del Regimiento de Infantería de Milicias de las 3 villas, otorga poder general a don José Domingo Rodríguez, vecino de Tehuacán, para que en su nombre pida, demande, reciba y cobre de manera judicial o extrajudicial a cualquier persona, todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, plata, joyas, esclavos y otros géneros que le deban, así para que lo represente en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios civiles y criminales que tenga con cualquier persona, lo defienda y demande, para lo cual comparezca ante el Rey, sus reales audiencias, superior gobierno, chancillerías, consejos, jueces, justicias y tribunales, superiores e inferiores, seculares y eclesiásticos.
