José Antonio del Castillo, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, hijo legítimo y heredero de los difuntos Josefa Terrazas y Antonio del Castillo, informa que su difunta madre vendió a Inés Díaz de la Cueva, viuda de Francisco Viveros y vecina de este pueblo, un pedazo de solar de 20 varas de frente y 46 varas de fondo, el cual linda al sur con el callejón de Terrazas y solar de Juan Romero de Acosta, alías Terrazas, al poniente con solar de José Joaquín Viveros, al norte con solar que fue de su madre y ahora es de Francisco el hortelano y al oriente con solar de los herederos de su hermano Eusebio del Castillo, al precio de 20 pesos, dicha venta se hizo sin las escrituras correspondientes, por lo José, como heredero de dicha Josefa, hace entrega de ellas a la compradora.
