Francisco Muñiz de Cámara, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, vendió a Juan de Quero, vecino de la Ciudad de Veracruz, una casa alta de paredes y madera, cubierta de azoteas, en la cantidad de 800 pesos, mismos que se obliga a entregar a Nicolasa [Antonia] de la Trinidad [Muñiz de Cámara], hija menor de su difunta esposa Josefa Piñero, pero de dicha cantidad adquirió una casa de paredes, cubierta de tejas, ubicada en este pueblo, a doña Inés de Lezama, viuda de don Domingo Navarrete, con un gravamen de 500 pesos cargados al convento y religiosos de San Francisco, para lo cual se obliga como fiador principal a cubrir el adeudo indicado en escritura de hipoteca de dicha casa.
