Don Pedro Antonio de Campo, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que recibe en depósito irregular, la cantidad de 400 pesos en dinero de contado, mismos que pertenecen a los hijos menores del difunto don Francisco González de Ortega y de su viuda y albacea doña María Nicolasa Ortiz de Zárate, señalando los entregará a los menores para cuando tengan la edad, mientras tanto se obliga a reconocer a dicha viuda o a quien en su derecho hubiere los réditos anuales a razón del 5 % en reales de contado, y para la seguridad de dicha deuda hace hipoteca especial de una casa con su sitio correspondiente, que tiene en este pueblo en la Calle Real de él junto a la fuente de Techacapa.
