Don Pedro Miguel Martínez, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a doña Rosa Jiménez, doncella e hija legítima de don Francisco Jiménez, difunto, y de doña Margarita de la Cuadra, un pedazo de solar de 12 varas de frente y 39 de fondo, linda al sur con la Calle de San Francisco de Paula, al poniente con José Mariano Peláez, al norte mide 11 varas y linda con solar del que vende y al oriente con 39 varas y linda con el Callejón del Perro, dicha venta la hace en 120 pesos.
