Doña Antonia García y Manuel de Ochoa, vecinos de este pueblo, mujer e hijo del difunto Domingo de Ochoa, albaceas testamentarias, imponen 50 pesos sobre la casa de dicho Manuel de Ochoa, la que hace frente al sur con la Calle de Santiago de este pueblo, por el oriente con casa de doña Manuela Pérez, por el poniente con casa y solar de dicho difunto, y por el norte con casa de José Ladrón; obligándose a pagar 20 reales de réditos al Convento de San Francisco de este pueblo, para que se le cante anualmente una misa a la imagen de la Pura y Limpia Concepción.
