Don Juan Bautista Migoni, natural y vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, oficial primero de la Oficina de Correos, mayor de cincuenta y cinco años de edad, otorga su testamento, en el cual declara estar casado con doña María Agustina Saraza, ambos no trajeron ningún caudal ni bienes al matrimonio, procrearon como hijo legítimo a José Manuel Migoni, ya casado. Declara por bienes la cantidad de 2 000 pesos en plata y 110 onzas en oro, su ropa de uso y algunas alhajas y muebles de que tiene conocimiento su esposa doña María Agustina Saraza, a quién nombra por su albacea testamentaria e instituye por su único heredero al mencionado hijo José Manuel Migoni.
