Don Bernardo del Castillo, vecino de esta villa, dijo que hubo un sirviente de nombre Polonio Peredo, el cual muchas veces le rogó que si muriese en estado soltero, vendiese su solar y su procedido lo invirtiese en misas por su alma. Y habiendo fallecido sin revocar su encargo, vende a Francisco Antonio Ortiz, de esta vecindad, el expresado solar de 34 varas de frente y 36 de fondo, que por el frente al oriente linda con callejuela de Jorge de Amaya; por el fondo al poniente con solar del comprador; por el sur con el del mismo Ortiz; y por el norte con solar de José de Arrieta. Cuyo solar vende en 58 pesos.
