El Licenciado Don Juan Bañuelos[Cabeza de Vaca], clérigo residente en esta provincia, como principal deudor, y Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, dueño de ingenio de azúcar, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de la Puebla de los Angeles, 500 pesos de oro común que importaron los diezmos de maíz y demás menudencias de la cordillera de la provincia de Jalapa, del año pasado de 1655 y que se remataron en el dicho principal, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año, con las costas de la cobranza.
