Don Juan de Puerta y Colmenero, vecino de la Ciudad de Veracruz y residente en Jalapa, como padre legitimo y administrador de la persona y bienes del Bachiller don Juan José de Puerta y Rivera, Colegial Teólogo del Seminario de la Corte de México, capellán propietario de la capellanía que con el principal de 6,500 pesos, fundo Gonzalo García de la Acha conforme a la voluntad del Regidor Sebastián Moreno, otorga poder especial a don Ángel Antonio González, Procurador de la Curia Eclesiástica de la Ciudad de la Puebla y de la Masa General de Diezmos de aquella santa catedral, para que en su nombre pida y tome cuentas a todas las personas y bienes que se las deban.
