Don José Manuel de Acosta, dueño de recua y vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, albacea de Josefa Lagunas[Lagunes], viuda de Mateo José Viveros, quien dejo por herederas a las siguientes cofradías representadas por los Mayordomos Antonio Ribot de la Cofradía de Jesús, Antonio Apolbón de la Cofradía de la Señora de la Concepción del ingenio Chico y Diputado primero de la Cofradía de las Ánimas, junto con los albaceas de Juan de Viveros, venden a don Diego Domingo Núñez, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, una caballería de tierras que lindan al norte con tierras de los herederos de dicho Juan Viveros, al oriente, sur y poniente con tierras del ingenio de don Diego Domingo Núñez, vecino de la Veracruz, al precio de 200 pesos.
