El Licenciado Francisco Javier de Gorospe Irala y Padilla, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, como patrono de la obra pía que mandó fundar el Licenciado Marcos Gutiérrez de Cevallos, Cura que fue de la parroquia de San Pablo del Monte, otorga que a nombra de doña María Dolores Gil y Camino, hija de don José Gil, Capitán de Dragones del Regimiento de México, y de doña María Javiera del Camino, para que asista en traje de huérfana a las fiestas que nombran de la Hora, celebrada en culto a la virgen María del Rosario, para que reciba los 300 pesos de la dote asignada por el fundador, mismos que pagará el Mayordomo Tesorero que fuere de la Archicofradía.
