Ante Don Antonio de San Cristóbal, Teniente General de esta jurisdicción, por ausencia del Capitán Don Ricardo de Guzmán, Alcalde Mayor de su Majestad en ella, Juan de los Santos y Lucía María, naturales de Tepeyahualco, de la jurisdicción de San Juan de los Llanos, remitidos por el cura ministro de esta doctrina para que, dando fianza y debajo de caución juratoria, se le entregue a Juan de los Santos dicha su mujer, por habérsele ausentado mucho tiempo. Y habiéndola hallado, la recibe de su voluntad, en cuya virtud, hizo caución juratoria de no hacerle mal ninguno. Dio por sus fiadores a Manuel de Córdoba y a Juan González.
