Don Manuel Álvarez, de esta vecindad y comercio, don Ramón Díaz de la Conolla, vecino de Coatepec, dijeron que en la Real Cárcel de esta Villa se encuentra don Manuel Díaz de la Concha, a consecuencia de exhorto que con este fin dirigió al subdelegado de esta Villa, y habiéndose representado en este juzgado la conveniencia sobre que no se le dé a dicho exhorto el cumplimiento que pide y a que al preso se le ponga en libertad bajo fianza, por la presente se constituyen en fiadores del mencionado Concha.
