Don Vicente Francisco Vidal, del comercio de México y residente en este pueblo, dijo que como Síndico de los bienes de la casa mortuoria en quiebra del difunto don Pedro Lorenzo Rodríguez, a cuyos bienes quedó debiendo don Francisco Maniau y Ortega, la cantidad de 1, 400 pesos, nombrando como su fiador a don Francisco del Día, de los que sólo ha satisfecho 770 pesos, por lo que habiendo requerido al dicho fiador para liquidar lo restante de la deuda, otorga don Vicente Francisco Vidal que ha recibido de don Francisco del Día la cantidad que restaba, por lo que hace entrega de recibo, finiquito y carta de pago.
