Juan de Ávila y Vique, vecino de de la provincia de San Juan de los LLanos, como principal obligado, y Doña Constanza Rodríguez de Escalona, vecina de dicha jurisdicción, como su fiadora, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la Puebla de los Ángeles, 170 pesos y 5 tomines de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron las semillas, ganados y lana, del diezmo del año pasado que los susodichos compraron al Lic. Juan González de Castro, presbítero, colector de diezmos, de su hacienda nombrada San Diego Mazatepec, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
