Don José Antonio de Acosta, de esta vecindad, otorga que vende a don José Fernández de Castañeda, un pedazo de solar con unos paredones, sito en esta villa a espaldas del rastro y carnicería, callejón en medio así al oriente, por el costado del norte linda con solar de don Miguel Viveros, por el sur con casita y solar que fue de Casimira Rangel, y hoy es del comprador, y por su fondo al poniente con solar que fue del Capitán Antonio Ribot. La vende al precio de 150 pesos que tiene recibidos de contado.
