Eugenia Hernández, viuda de Julián de Rivera, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que su marido le confirió poder para que por él y en su nombre ordene su testamento de la siguiente manera: omite las deudas que tuvo por no conocerlas, dejándolas para hacerlo en el inventario de sus bienes y en la misma forma todos los bienes que quedaron. Tuvieron 2 hijos legítimos. Todo lo cual valga por testamento del mencionado Julián de Rivera.
