Doña Francisca López de Santa Ana, de esta vecindad, viuda en primeras y segundas nupcias de don José Ventura García Figueroa, Teniente Coronel que fue del Regimiento de Infantería Provincial de Toluca, y del Licenciado José Agustín de Castro, Abogado que fue de la Real Audiencia, otorga poder general a don Domingo de la Fuente y Simbrón, vecino de Toluca, para que en su representación y como heredera de su hijo menor, José Ventura Figueroa, habido en el primer matrimonio, demande, perciba y cobre de todas y cualesquier personas todas las cantidades de dinero que haya dejado, así también para que enajene los bienes del mencionado hijo, que le corresponden como su única heredera.
