Don Manuel María Pérez, de esta vecindad, dijo que don Juan Fernández de la Huerta, en el testamento bajo el cual falleció, nombró por sus albaceas a don Manuel Bureau, a doña Josefa Portas y al comparente, a quien no le es posible pasar a la ciudad de Veracruz donde se ha radicado esa testamentaria, a desempeñar por su parte el referido encargo; en cuya virtud, otorga poder especial a sus coalbaceas, doña Josefa Portas y don Manuel Bureau, vecinos de dicha ciudad de Veracruz, para que en representación del otorgante como tal albacea, puedan gestionar todo lo conducente a la referida testamentaria hasta su conclusión.
