Don Juan Lucas de Olavarrieta, de este comercio y vecindad, otorga poder especial a don Ignacio María del Castillo, procurador de los del número de la capital, para que en su nombre y representación, promueva en el juzgado que corresponda, juicio de injurias contra don Domingo Apolinario Borbolla, de aquel comercio y vecindad, por las que ha vertido en su contra sobre el desempeño de albaceazgo que ejerce del difunto teniente coronel don Pedro de Escuza, que fue del mismo comercio. Haciendo a él efecto todas las presentaciones, actos, agencias y diligencias que sean necesarias judiciales o extrajudiciales, hasta la terminación del citado artículo. Y también haga lo mismo en cualquier otro incidente que pueda subsistirse a la mencionada testamentaria de su cargo.
