Sebastián Barradas, vecino de este pueblo, dijo que como Alguacil Carcelero que es, recibe a Diego García, preso en esta cárcel pública por solicitud del Contador Juan de Echagaray, por estar indiciado con Agustín García de la Cruz, en la desaparición de 500 pesos que venían de las Reales Cajas de la Veracruz, y se fueron a pique en el río de la Venta, por lo que dicho otorgante se obliga a devolverlos a esta cárcel luego que se recupere del accidente o cuando se lo mande la justicia.
