Don Miguel de Mendiburu e Irigoyen, del Comercio de España y residente en Jalapa, otorga poder a don Juan Bautista Echeverría y a don Matías de Mendiburu, residentes en México, para que en su nombre demande y cobre judicialmente de cualquier persona, bienes, herederos y de quien haya lugar, las cantidades de dinero, oro, plata, joyas, y otros efectos que se le adeuden a través de escritura, vales, libranzas, adjudicaciones, u otros instrumentos y de lo que perciba entregue recibos, cartas de pago, finiquito y las que se ofrezcan; también que se encargue de los pleitos que tenga o tuviere, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes.
