Doña Josefa Lagunes, viuda, albacea y heredera única de Mateo José Viveros, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don Francisco Julián de Aravalles, vecino de este pueblo, una casa de piedra, lodo y con rajas de cal, cubierta de madera y tejas, ubicada en el Barrio de Arriba de este pueblo, la cual linda al poniente con la calle que baja hasta la Plaza y Convento del Padre San Francisco, al sur con la calle que da vuelta hacia el hospital de Las Sánchez y solar de Modesto Viveros, al oriente con solar del Convento del citado hospital y al norte con solar de las casa reales, al precio de 500 pesos de oro.
