Francisco de Thormes y Lucas Francisco de Ayala, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, dijeron que han tenido diferentes cuentas que han ajustado a satisfacción y por ellos le alcanza el primero al segundo en 539 pesos 4 tomines, y para su satisfacción se obliga a pagar por cuenta del susodicho al Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, de lo que importa la escritura de obligación que a favor de don Manuel de Soto Guerrero, vecino de la Nueva Ciudad de la Veracruz, tiene otorgada, para cuyo cobro tiene poder el Capitán Castro, por 30 pesos de oro común en cada mes que han de empezar a correr a partir del 1 de diciembre de este año hasta que enteramente estén pagados.
