Miguel Antonio Viveros, maestro Campanero de esta vecindad, otorga que vende a don José Fernández de Castañeda, de esta vecindad y su comercio, una casilla sin concluir que consta de 24 varas de frente y 60 de fondo, cuyo frente lo hace al oriente con callejón del Rastro y del otro lado la carnicería, al sur linda con solar de Juan Jaime, al norte con solar del vendedor, y por su fondo al poniente con solar de las Guzmanas. La vende por precio de 115 pesos.
