Don Francisco Antonio Díaz y Herrero, vecino de España y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Manuel Gutiérrez de la Concha, residente en la Ciudad de México, para que pida cuentas y razón con pago a los albaceas herederos u otras personas en cuyo poder hubiesen entrado los bienes que estaban al cargo y que quedaron por el fallecimiento de don Juan Francisco de Almanza, vecino de dicha ciudad, de los efectos, caudal o hacienda que el otorgante tenía puestos en poder de dicho difunto.
