Don José Antonio Pereira de Castro, de esta vecindad y comercio, declara que por cuanto don Andrés López se halla preso en esta Real Cárcel por el Señor Subdelegado de esta Villa, en virtud de instancia de la Señora Claudia Licona, madre de doña Dolores Blanco, por la causa de mantener una amistad ilícita con su hija, otorga se constituye fiador del enunciado López para caucionar su persona en tal manera que éste cumplirá y guardará carcelería dentro de dicha Villa sin hacer ausencia de ella, y estará pronto a los llamados y a presentarse siempre que sea citado.
