El Capital don Juan Antonio de Zavalza, Mayordomo de la Cofradía del Santísimo Sacramento de esta parroquia, dijo que don Sebastián de Torres, vecino de la Ciudad de México, Asentista Conductor de las platas de Su Majestad y dueño de la Hacienda de San Juan Alteyuca ubicada en el paso de Perote, le ha comunicado otorgue poder para que reciba 1 000 pesos que están cargados en dicha hacienda y reconoce a censo a favor de dicha cofradía, por lo que otorga poder a don José Rodríguez de Guzmán, vecino y del comercio de México, para que reciba dicha cantidad y otorgue su cancelación.
