Bernabela Ramírez, mujer de Miguel José González, Juana Ramírez, mujer de Antonio Ortiz, y María Ramírez, doncella de 25 años, hijas y herederas del difunto Bonifacio Ramírez, venden a su hermana Jacinta Ramírez, vecina de la Nueva Veracruz, viuda de Antonio Guzmán, una casa y solar ubicados en este pueblo de Jalapa de 43 varas de frente y 25 varas de fondo, linda al oriente con la calle que baja del Beaterio a Los Berros y tierras de la Cofradía de la Concepción, al poniente con solar de doña Inés Francisca Casados y Mendoza, viuda de don Tomás Miguel de Campo, y con cerca y solar de don Miguel de Campo, al norte con solar de Ignacio Luis y al sur con solar que fue de Bernardo Gómez y ahora lo es de la viuda de Nicolás de Rivera. La venden en 400 pesos.
